We're a not-for-profit estate, which is reflected in our prices. We do not over-allocate prims, so what you pay for is what you get.
Want your very own island getaway? If you would like your own Homestead Region with 5000 prims but can't buy one because you don't own a Full region, IM us, as we'll be happy to discuss bringing one online for you.

We offer land across a number of connected regions, from 512, 1024, 2048, 4096 parcels on full regions, up to Quarter / Half & Full homestead regions, not forgetting our feature-rich affordable skyboxes. 
An unrivalled personal service, so most of our tenants are long-term residents and we fill up quickly, adding additional regions as required.
We also have Freedom Sea, which is an Open-Space Sea region for use by residents, with direct access from some parcels. 
We base our simple covenant on respect for others, giving you the flexibility to live your own life while not impacting the lives of others.
